Step 1: Locate a flat area of land that is suitable in size. The land being lined with grass makes the look more realistic. Although feel free to ignore this step and build your mill as an eruption.

Step 2: Begin to build the base of the windmill by constructing an area of 10x10.

Step 3: Create this first shape five blocks tall.

Step 4 Step 4: Seal off this initial section with an overhang.

Step 5: Decide which side of the box will be the front and construct doors there.

Step 6: Cut the grass in the first section and replace it with a suitable material for a floor. Wood is a good option, but you can also experiment with different shades of wool.

Step 7: Create an entire set of stairs that break out of the ground floor section.

Step 8: Add two more blocks around your structure.

Step 9: Create a new box shape on top of the one you already have in terms of dimensions 8x8x5 (WxLxH).

Step 10 Then, build a third box of dimensions 6x6x5.

Step 11: Finally build a fourth box on top, with dimensions of 4x4x5.

Step 12: Carefully remove the corners from all the box shapes that you have made so far.

Step 13: Replace these blocks with a darker, unprocessed wood is suitable. This gives the windmill an interesting detail and stops it from looking boring.

Step 14: Place several blocks at the top of your mill. These are the blades.

Step 15: Using a coloured wool build four blades that are symmetrical. These should be at a minimum of 10 blocks in length

Step 16 Step 16: Remove the middle portion from your wool blades. my cms my cms

Step 17: Replace these removed pieces with the fence post. This gives the blades a more solid feeling and helps make it appear more authentic from a distance.

Step 18: Go back inside to build an outdoor balcony that is attached to the second box shape that we made earlier. Decorate it with things like tables for picnics or a barbecue.

Step 19: Create a series of ladders that go to the top end of your mill.

Step 20: You can put torches around your home to keep it safe from night-time zombies.

Step 21: Build windows from the second box we built earlier, that opens onto the balcony.

Step 22 If you haven't done so you can build some support columns for the balcony, These don't do anything apart from make the mill look more realistic.

Step 23: Head back inside and construct the milling mechanism. This will require a long shaft that runs from the top, where the blades are, to the bottom. There you should place two flat surfaces on which to grind the wheat. Unfortunately Minecraft doesn't have the ability to create large mechanical machines like this actually work so you'll have to use your imagination a bit here.

Step 24: You can finish the project by establishing an area of garden near your mill. Welcome To My Blog You can also build a huge wheat farm adjacent to your mill if you feel the urge.
